Agenda 21, ICLEI - Programs designed by the UN to destroy America's prosperity.. using YOUR tax dollars for 'redevelopment'.  All but one of Clackamas County Commissioners support the Agenda 21 mandate.  That one Commissioner replaced Bob Austin, a recently appointed director to the National ICLEI organization.
